Items are shipped after payment has been recieved.

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery within New Zealand and 4 weeks for delivery internationally.
Special orders may take longer, we will advise you when your items have been shipped.

Final amounts are always charged in NZD.

We ship internationally. On the customs declaration form that we have to fill in when we ship internationally, we list DVD or clothing or calendar (depending on what you purchased) and the purchased price in $NZ.

You are responsible for all customs and duty for your purchase.

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully. 

If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge
under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Items should be returned in their original packaging.
We will pay for shipping if the return is a result of our error.
